This base is taller than my previous wheel bases to accommodate the rotating display. The wheel can be spun manually by adding the included washer. The peg is on the rotating display using double-sided tape. You may choose to glue it on if you desire.
The wheel itself is 6.73 inches across (17.1 cm)
